Thank you for shopping with Osiqa. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at osiqa7@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and an address to send your item to.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:
